The hotel is ideally situated in Japantown, making it convenient for exploring local shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and nicely updated, although the lack of privacy in the bathrooms was a downside. The breakfast options are a bit pricey for what you get, and the elevator service was slow at times, but the staff were quite accommodating. Overall, it offers good value for a comfortable stay.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfectly updated with modern decor. However, the lack of a door separating the bathroom from the room was not ideal.
Service

The service was very friendly and accommodating, especially one of the managers, Diego, who helped when I lost my bag. They were always pleasant and efficient.
Location

The hotel's location in Japantown is fantastic, with easy access to various restaurants and shops, although public transport options could be improved.
Dining

The breakfast offered was good but a bit limited and overpriced, leading us to prefer exploring nearby options instead.

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable overall! The area is full of ramen spots and other eateries, making it so convenient to grab a bite. The rooms have a nice, clean aesthetic, and my bed was super comfy, perfect for a restful night. While the dining options were a bit lacking, the welcoming atmosphere made up for it. I really appreciated the calm vibes throughout the hotel, although some services felt a bit rushed towards closing time.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms had a stylish Japanese theme and were clean and spacious, but I noticed they are smaller than I expected. The standing shower was nice, with strong water pressure, though the extra space beside it seemed a bit odd.
Service
7.0
The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, making me feel at ease right away. However, I did encounter a bit of a hiccup when trying to order a drink near closing time; it felt like the bartender was eager to wrap things up.
Location
9.0
Located in the heart of Japantown, the hotel is surrounded by a ton of shops and restaurants, which is perfect if you love exploring local eats. While it's a bit quiet, public transportation makes getting to major sights fairly easy.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was quite basic, just a to-go bag with yogurt and fruit. It was healthy but not very substantial. I was hoping for more variety at the dining spots, given the atmosphere of the hotel.
Facilities
8.0
The lounge area was well-decorated and inviting, although I wish it had more visitors during my stay to enjoy it alongside me. Amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services were convenient.

This hotel has a unique Japan-inspired design that really caught my eye. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen in a hotel, and the bar is a great spot to unwind. However, I was frustrated by the added daily 'destination fee' which made the price less transparent. Overall, it's a hidden gem with fantastic amenities but be cautious about the total cost when booking.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, but I found mine on the cooler side even after adjusting the thermostat.
Service

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with a smile.

This hotel offers a wonderful blend of modern design and serene ambiance, making it a standout choice in the city. Its location in Japantown is fantastic, with easy access to a variety of restaurants. The gym is exceptional, and the lobby is a great place to relax. However, parking can be a bit pricey if not self-parking, and the restaurant options weren't fully operational during my stay.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and had a lovely view of the city, though it was smaller than anticipated. The Japanese decor added a nice touch.
Service
7.0
The service was generally helpful and friendly, but there was a minor inconvenience when I was not allowed to unload luggage in front of the hotel.
Location

The location is excellent, situated in Japantown with numerous shops and eateries within walking distance. It felt both vibrant and safe.
Dining

While the hotel dining options were limited during my stay, there are fantastic alternatives nearby, so I didn't mind too much.

I had a great stay at Hotel Kabuki, situated just a couple of blocks from the vibrant nightlife around Boom Boom Room and Fillmore. The room was modern and clean, albeit a bit on the smaller side, with a lovely balcony that offered fantastic views of the city. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to check us in, making our experience even better. On the downside, the breakfast options were lacking, and the air conditioning could use some attention. Overall, it's a solid value for the price, especially given the location and amenities offered.

Rooms
